I came across them by accident and decided to finish'em up, because honestly I've been longing to write (happy) A/B lately. Right now I'm calling this a series of three, the others are completed and will be posted later, but as of right now I'm reserving the right to possibly add more, as inspiration allows.

The candle flame sputters, sparks, dies and leaves behind the scent of ash and an embarrassment of shadows. A fine tendril of smoke curls, briefly silvered in moonlight before diminishing. Starlight adds to the sum and the shadows retreat, bleeding back.
You shine in the night as the heavenly fire of the stars bends, touches you. Together we worship you, the stars from their high places, and I, your King at your side. I whisper your name, and the mere speaking of it conjures such power in me.
Boromir.
Forsake the night, my light.
Fight for me.
Return to me.
