Undying gratitude to any kind soul willing to beta either an Aragorn/Boromir ficlet, or a Viggo/Sean ficlet, or both. If interested (did I mention the part about the undying gratitude?) drop me a comment here or via email.
Summaries and teasers behind the cut.
Title: In Dreams
Pairing: Aragorn/Boromir
Rating: R
Summary: Aragorn dreams of what he believes is lost.
Warnings: none really, a bit of angst, but it’s really all about the sap.
~*~
The rich, sharp scent of wood smoke was strong where it curled all about Aragorn. The fire that breathed it into the cool night air crackled near his feet, casting a blanket of warmth against his naked skin and pushing a wavering brightness against the insides of his closed eyes. Slow moving, soothing fingers sifted through his hair, Aragorn lay still beneath them and knew that if he wished this moment to linger he must not open his eyes, yet in the same instant, knew he could do nothing else.
He had been there before, ensnared in this peaceful drifting contentment, in this dream, this desire that would not pass into memory and he knew it to be untrue. He knew it, and recognized it now as it always began the same way, with the warmth of a kind fire against his skin that kept the chill nighttime air at bay, with slow moving fingers gliding through his hair.

Title: Morning
Pairing: RPS, Viggo/SeanB.
Rating: edging into NC-17
Summary: in the morning, Viggo decides to hold on.
~-~-~~
It seemed to Viggo to be a beautiful morning. Sunlight angled through the open window warming the bedroom by degrees, filling the gauzy drapes with a golden haze. The shadows of the window pane frames lay grey against the sheers that wafted on a bare breeze, patterns of lines that might have interested him had he not been otherwise distracted. The night had been a long one, leaving him aching in the unlikeliest, most delicious places.
Beside him Sean lay seemingly boneless on his belly, so deeply asleep he wasn’t even snoring or trying to hoard the comforter. Viggo had woken at dawn, had watched the sunlight slowly fill the room and inch over the foot of the bed to gild the pads of Sean’s toes where they just peeked from underneath the rumpled blue comforter. Sean, in his sprawl that attempted to encompass the entire right side of the mattress but at the same time curl around Viggo, hadn’t registered the sunrise, the cool breeze slipping in the window, or the sunlight on his toes.

But that's okay. Some people build huge monolithic temples that fall in ruins and are forgotten after some time. Other people create beautiful little gems that prevail. :)
Make us more little gems, will you?

As for making more gems, I'll definitely try my best. You are very good for my ego, you know,
*cuddles you*

Oh, what a pity you missed that movie! You would have /loved/ it. Let's just hope they bring out the DVD very very soon!
