**LOTR Extended Edition Films Headed for Theaters

This December, lucky fans of The Lord of the Rings will get the chance to see the ultimate in-theater movie marathon.

New Line Cinema has announced that it will be releasing the extended DVD versions of both The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers in select U.S. and Canadian markets two weeks before The Return of the King opens. About 100 theaters in the U.S. and 20 in Canada will participate. **


The extenended verisons. The A/B scenes, the Boromir & Faramir scenes on the big screen....I better start stocking up on kleenex now. My local theaters better participate or if not...road trip.

I know! I can't wait even if it means sitting in the theater and getting a headache from trying not to cry, don't think I'll stand a chance against the Boromir & Faramir still to come in TTT's. And I *never* cry at movies, but there's just something about Boromir...of course, there will be drooling as well, ;)
