Well, I still haven’t learned what the last blow up was all about with the friends-something-or-other thing, was about locked journal posts being made public? And now another has emerged.

Bloglines. What is it? I'm not entirely sure, though I've gotten the gist of it, and I imagine most of the people on my friendslist knows more than about it than I do. I'd not even heard of RSS feeds until recently...hell, I've only just recently taken time enough to tinker with my LJ to learn how to change my background colors and etc. *g*

Anyway, just in case I'm referencing this post by stewardess_lotr who is much more up on this than I, but apparently this service is not only carrying RSS feeds of journals of individual users and communities, but is actually archiving the content taken from these sites on their own database and claiming ownership of it.
