The dialogue was very convincing - one of the best hurt/comfort stories I´ve read. I find it more interesting when the hurt and conflict come from within the relationship like in your story, and not from an "evil enemy" outside. The misunderstanding and pain shows they're only human. It was intense - I could feel the pain of both of them. It's great that they are BOTH hurting, and their reactions are understandable at both sides. Of course, I also LOVE the happy ending!
