Sergeants are supposed to keep a good eye on their officers, and I’m a fine bastard of a Sergeant, and so I watch mine like a hawk, though he hardly notices it.
He’s a rare one, my Captain, always running around trying to get himself killed, always full of piss and recklessness, unsatisfied until he’s riled up over some fool woman. The man needs someone to shake some sense into him. Desperately needs someone to lay hands on him and… oh, but if I tried that, he’d murder me for sure.
Aye, I watch him, and he doesn’t even notice.

And yes, you must get Sharpe DVD's, even the lessers ones, storyline wise, are wonderful simply for the visuals...Sean's in nearly every scene...that green jacket/pants, those boots, that growl! ;)
