A word to the wise. Never, never, NEVER watch Modern Marvels' hour long episode 'snack food tech' detailing the making of chocolates, potato chips and candy bars at midnight. I'm saying, *thousands* of Snickers . . . ah, the nougat, the caramel, the roasted peanuts. Chocolate. And, for the record, Pennsylvania is the main supplier of taters for all those tater chips, not Idaho. :P Now, were the heck are those chocolate chip cookies? Mmmm...
